• Presenters can choose to connect their own PC via HDMI or upload their data to a shared PC. When presenting using the shared PC provided by the secretariat, the operating system is Windows, and files must be in PowerPoint format.
• We will allow time for connection checks during the coffee breaks between sessions. Please perform your connection check for the next session.
• Presentation time is 30 min, including discussion time. In case of plenary lecture, presentation time is 45 min, including discussion time.

YIA flash talk (poster style applicants only):

• YIA applicants who choose poster style should present your study in YIA flash talk session in addition to the poster presentation.
• YIA flash talk presenters needs to upload the slide data to shared PC provided by the secretariat at 8:00-8:45, Day3. Shared PC will be set at the stage and the assistant will help transfer of file.
• For YIA flash talk, presentation time is limited to 3 min. It will have no discussion time.

YIA oral session (oral or either style applicants):

• Presentation time is 10 min, discussion time is 5 min.

Poster presentation:

• Place is 1F
• All the poster presenters have presentation time twice.
• The discussion time will be 16:00-17:30, Oct 31, and 17:00-18:00, Nov 1.
• Poster presenters should bring printed poster within W110 cm x H160 cm, and display the poster before discussion time.
• Poster number pushpins and presenter's ribbons will be prepared by conference committee.
• Removal is until 19:00- Nov1.
