Abstract Submission Guideline

Please download template here


  • Name of authors (no more than 10 authors), affiliated institutions (no more than 5 institutions)
  • Title of presentation (should be less than 30 words)
  • Abstract body
- It should be less than 300 words without figures or tables.
- Do not include the title, names and institutions of authors.
- It should NOT contain figure or table.

Abstract submission is available on "my page" after registration.

Young Investigation Award (YIA)

YIA is open to students or young scientists within 5 years of receiving their Ph.D. degree. YIA applicants are requested to check "Apply YIA　→　YES" in the abstract registration google form, and are required to upload the document such as a student ID.

For Invited Speakers

Abstract template and submission are independent of this system for invited speakers.
Secretariat Se2025 will send the template and guide individually, please respond and submit it by e-mail.
