We also welcome your registration for the 2012 Japan-China Water Supply Technology Symposium scheduled on the morning of November 21 (2nd day) and the Technical Tour on the afternoon of November 22 (3rd day). If you are interested, below is the registration process.
Online registration is closed.
On-site registration is available at the venue from Nov 20-22.
1. How to Register
- To register, please access the registration system from “Register Now!” button.
- User ID and password are the same as you created if you submitted your abstract. If you are a first-time user, please enter your personal information first to create an account.
| Note: | Registration requires one email address and must be made separately for each participant. If you wish to register a group of people at once, please contact the registration desk. Changing the name of the participant after registration does not count as the registration of another person. |
- An auto-reply email will be sent to the provided email address upon completion of registration.
2. Registration Fees
2-1 The 9th International Symposium on Water Supply Technology
- The symposium will be held from November 20 (Tue) to November 22 (Thu).

2-2 2012 Japan-China Water Supply Technology Symposium <Optional>
- The symposium is scheduled on the morning of November 21 (Wed).
- You must be a participant of the 9th International Symposium to participate in the Japan-China Symposium.
- The maximum enrollment is 80. Registration is on a first-come first-served basis.

2-3 Technical Tour <Optional>
- The tour is scheduled on the afternoon of November 22 (Thu).
- You must be a participant of the 9th International Symposium to participate in the tour.

3. Registration Deadline
Online Registration Deadline: July 31 November 12, 2012 (Mon)
4. Payment Method
- Please make the payment in Japanese yen via bank transfer or credit card.
- Payment must be made within 1 month of online registration.
Those who has not completed the payment will be asked to pay at on-site payment desk at the venue.
4-1 Bank Transfer
- Please make the transfer to the bank account specified on the last page of online registration or in the email sent upon completion of online registration.
- Bank transfer fee must be paid by the participant.
- Please make the transfer with the participant’s name and application number.
- If you wish to transfer the fee for a group of participants all together, please contact the registration desk.
4-2 Credit Card
- American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Diners, JCB can be used.
5. Registration Confirmation/Receipt
- Upon completing the registration, you can acquire the “Registration Confirmation” and “Receipt” from the online registration system. For those who selected bank transfer, the registration desk will email you to inform that you can print them out after we have confirmed the transfer.
- Please print out the “Registration Confirmation” and present it at the registration desk on site. (The “Registration Confirmation” can be printed out during the symposium period as well.)
- The “Receipt” can be downloaded only once. Any change for “Receipt” can be made and reissued in exchange for the downloaded copy at the registration desk on site. Please be sure to bring the downloaded “Receipt”.
6. Changing/Cancelling Registration Contents
To change/cancel registration, please email the registration desk below. Please note that no refund will be available for payments already made.
